Job summary

State Street is seeking a Capital Management Officer to drive analytical work across capital planning practices within Global Treasury. You will collaborate with the RRP office, support FX hedging programs, and coordinate with international teams on GCM distributions.

The role includes assisting in managing the Parent Company liquidity position and broader capital planning efforts. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, quantitative prowess, and the ability to analyze data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience with capital management concepts and financial data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the RRP office and drive methodology and production of RCAP framework issues related to capital.
Support State Street’s capital FX hedging program.
Coordinate with international colleagues on Global Capital Management distributions.
Assist in managing State Street’s Parent Company Liquidity position.
Support Capital Planning efforts across the organization.
