Job summary

State Street is seeking a Capital Management Officer to drive analytical work across capital planning practices within Global Treasury. You will collaborate with the RRP office, support FX hedging programs, and coordinate with international teams on GCM distributions.

The role includes assisting in managing the Parent Company liquidity position and broader capital planning efforts. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, quantitative prowess, and the ability to analyze data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience with capital management concepts and financial data analysis is preferred.

  • Support State Street’s capital FX hedging program.

The Capital Management team at State Street is looking for a highly motivated individual to drive meaningful analysis around key Capital Planning practices. Individual should have strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow with a fast-paced team within Global Treasury.

What you will be responsible for

As Capital Management - Officer you will

  • Collaborate with the RRP office and drive methodology and production of RRP framework issues related to capital (e.g., RCAP)

  • Support State Street’s capital FX hedging program

  • Support Global Capital Management activities related to U.S. entities. Coordinate with international colleagues on GCM distributions.

  • Support management of State Street’s Parent Company Liquidity position.

  • Support Capital Planning efforts more broadly

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree or degree in the field of Finance, Accounting or Economics a plus.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $113,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
