Job summary

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in major capital projects (>$1B).
• Experience leading pharma manufacturing capital projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major capital projects within the API network from profiling to qualification.
• Ensure safety, cost, and schedule KPIs with proper governance.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners and site leaders to meet objectives.
• Develop business plans and forecasts for resource, expense, and capital needs.
