Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large capital asset programs and ensure successful delivery from concept to qualification.

You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain safety, quality, cost, and schedule while coordinating with regional and global stakeholders. Travel may be required, and compensation includes a company bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related to project management or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Experience managing greenfield projects.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel outside home state/country.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to deliver large programs of at least $1BN USD or more in capital assets and/or highly business-critical in nature.
• Interface with GFD leadership, project teams, governance teams, business partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects, ensuring compliance with policies and work rules from design through qualification.
• Demonstrate disciplined, structured project management aligned with company policies and procedures.
