Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a senior program leader for Global Facilities Delivery to drive multi-billion dollar capital asset projects across a global network. The role requires coordinating Lilly and partner teams from front-end design through operational qualification, with emphasis on safety, cost, schedule and quality.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in industrial capital projects, experience with greenfield work, and willingness to relocate and travel extensively.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or technical field.
15+ years of experience delivering capital projects in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
Experience managing greenfield projects.
Willingness to relocate and travel.
Experience leading projects >$100MM in size (preferred).
Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience including capital projects for facilities (Bulk API, sterile, packaging, devices).
Experience in GMP manufacturing, LEAN, automation, construction quality, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety and scheduling.
Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification, and/or PMP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams to deliver large programs of at least $1BN in capital assets.
Interface with GFD leadership, project team, governance teams, business partners and stakeholders; resolve issues and ensure safe, quality execution.
Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures and regulatory/quality requirements for facilities and systems delivered.
Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for assigned projects from conceptual design through commissioning.
