Lilly seeks a seasoned Construction Manager for Global Facilities Delivery. Lead a 3–5 person team to execute capital programs of $5B+ with focus on safety, cost, schedule, and quality across Brownfield and Greenfield sites.

You will report to the AVP of GFD and communicate with project leadership, governance bodies, and site stakeholders. Willingness to relocate and travel is required and GMP/regulatory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 20+ years of experience in capital project construction delivery in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel to project locations outside of home state/country.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise and manage a team of 3–5 direct reports to safely execute large-scale capital programs of at least $5BN USD or more.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with project leadership and site stakeholders.
• Lead with a disciplined approach to compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for construction scopes.
