Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced professional to lead the design delivery for capital projects. You will coordinate design activities across all phases with the Project Manager and drive design decisions with A/E firms to ensure the project meets approved intent.

Responsibilities include mentoring team members, maintaining design schedules, and coordinating with design specialists and end users. Travel up to 25% and relocation are expected where needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years manufacturing/engineering experience supporting pharmaceutical or API networks.
• Willing to relocate and travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design delivery for capital projects.
• Coordinate all design activities with the Project Manager through all design phases.
• Lead the selection of A/E firms and ensure design intent is met.
