Job summary

Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA, seeks a Global Supply Manager to lead sourcing and procurement of capital equipment, facilities infrastructure, and indirect spend critical to growth. You will own full lifecycle of CapEx projects and drive cost, quality, and performance across procurement categories.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain/procurement, strong vendor management, and familiarity with ITAR, EAR, and NDAA compliance in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain or procurement with CapEx focus.
• Proven supplier management, sourcing strategy, and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and capital project budgeting.
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, and NDAA compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Experience in development/qualification/production environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations for CapEx and infra investments.
• Define equipment requirements and TCO models with cross-functional teams.
• Develop multi-year indirect procurement strategy for CapEx, tooling, logistics, MRO, and services.
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and negotiations for cost, delivery and compliance.
• Build vendor partnerships and expand supplier base.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and Program Management on budgets and terms.
• Track spend, savings and supplier performance with KPIs.
• Ensure sourcing aligns with ITAR, EAR, NDAA compliance.
• Drive standardization of procurement processes and templates.
• Support enterprise-wide purchasing initiatives to improve terms.
• Provide leadership visibility into procurement risks and capital commitments.
