Qualifications

• 8+ years of Capacity Planning or Labor Modeling.
• 8+ years in program/project management.
• Experience utilizing Excel and SQL.
• Ability to translate capacity plans and KPIs to senior leaders with clear storytelling.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Exceptional influencing and leadership skills.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Create optimized headcount and hiring plans for Intuit’s GBSG business.
• Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across units and supply models.
• Partner with internal technology teams on new initiatives and planning tools.
• Participate in new projects such as product, skill, and contact channel roll-outs globally.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Partner Management, Talent Acquisition and Finance to analyze historical data and forecast demand.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of contact center performance via KPIs.
• Support Service Delivery & Operational teams to optimize staffing requirements.
• Lead global process standardization initiatives.
• Leverage reporting tools and drive global reporting standardization.
