Qualifications

• Five+ years in workforce planning, resource planning, or operations planning within a labor-driven services business.
• Experience converting backlogs into labor forecasts and tracking against changing realities.
• Strong quantitative modeling; advanced Excel, scenario modeling, large data sets.
• Experience partnering with operations leadership and talent acquisition.
• Track record of forecast discipline with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of low-voltage, electronic security, building systems, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting and backlog translation.
• Maintain a rolling 36 month labor demand forecast from budget, backlog and sales pipeline.
• Convert each award into staffing requirements: role, grade, quantity, location, need-by date.
• Track contract signatures vs forecasted starts; adjust and communicate changes.
• Distinguish growth demand from attrition backfill and maintain separate views.
• Own the requisition hold list and release dates.
