Expeditors is seeking a Capacity Optimization Project Manager (East/West region) to support global deployment volumes across warehouse operations. The role involves high travel (up to 50%), coordinating site turn-ups, 3PL swaps, and facility transfers with a centralized platform and disciplined execution.

You will drive project milestones, manage dynamic workloads, and deliver risk-based reports to leadership while partnering with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, large-scale warehouse operations, or 3PL management.
• Strong working knowledge of project management platforms and automated reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fluid, ambiguous environment and shift priorities rapidly.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with 3PL engagements and site launches.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operations during site turn-ups.
• Coordinate complex turn-up projects using a centralized playbook and monitor milestones.
• Route and resolve administrative tasks and system bugs to keep workflows clear.
• Generate automated status updates and executive summaries for regional leaders.
• Manage 3PL relationships, travel up to 50% within the East/West region.
• Maintain project trackers, fix broken links, and map new locations in workflows.
• Oversee location code setups and ensure alignment with logistics requirements.
• Deliver regional risk roll-ups and actionable insights to leadership.
