Expeditors is seeking a Capacity Optimization Project Manager to support global deployment volumes across warehouse operations. This role travels up to 50% within the East or West regions, acting as a central operations liaison, guiding 3PLs and internal teams through site turn-ups, transitions, and audits.

You will drive standardized execution, maintain project trackers, and deliver regional risk reports. Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced logistics environment are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, large-scale warehouse operations, distribution center turn-ups, or 3PL management.
• Strong communication and time management skills with ability to influence partners.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for site turn-ups and 3PL execution.
• Manage project trackers and dashboards and generate status updates for leadership.
• Coordinate travel and regional deployment across East/West regions (up to 50%).
• Identify risks early and escalate issues with data-driven updates.
