Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) reinvention manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC setup engagements. You will influence solution design, define future-state architectures, and drive tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement for new or existing capability centers.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and cross-functional program delivery, with travel up to 50% and HQ-level impact

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformations within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
