Federal Express Corporation seeks a Manager, Global Capabilities Services Portfolio & Transitions to lead demand intake, coordinate crossfunctional transformation initiatives, and oversee transitions into and out of GCC locations. You will partner with Transformation Strategy, Finance, Technology, and GCC site teams to prioritize, sequence, and execute initiatives for timely value realization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategy, Operations Management, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS in Strategy/Transformation, or related) preferred.
• 5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, shared services, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
• Two (2) years of experience as a leader or a senior member of multi-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the enterprise demand intake and assessment process for Global Capabilities initiatives.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams across Functions, Technology, Finance, and GCC site leadership.
• Develop and manage transition plans and timelines, including SOPs, knowledge transfer, and cutover planning.
• Monitor delivery against timelines, budgets, and outcomes; escalate risks with recommendations.
• Execute change management activities to support stakeholder adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.
