Manage enterprise demand intake and assessment for Global Capabilities initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution of approved initiatives.
Prepare analysis on scope, effort, risk, cost, and benefits for prioritization.
Track and manage the integrated portfolio roadmap and interdependencies.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement for alignment and timely issue resolution.
Lead transitions of work into and out of GCC locations with readiness across dimensions.
Develop transition plans, knowledge transfer, cutover, and hypercare support.
Apply standard transition methodologies and stage-gate controls.
Prepare status updates, dashboards, and performance metrics for governance.
Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and outcomes; drive corrective actions.
Execute change management to support adoption of new processes and systems.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues; coordinate resolution.
Capture lessons learned and share best practices across transitions.
Interface with stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to support portfolio activity.
Build strong relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Perform other duties as assigned.
