• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, Operations Management, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Strategy/Transformation, or related) preferred.
• Five years of experience in strategy, transformation, shared services, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
• Two years of experience as a leader or senior member of multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise demand intake and assessment for Global Capabilities initiatives, aligning to priorities and value.
• Act as a strategic consultant to challenge thinking and drive organizational progress.
• Support demand prioritization with analysis on scope, effort, risk, cost, and benefits.
• Track the integrated portfolio roadmap and interdependencies across initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution of approved initiatives.
