Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical project or program management.
• Knowledge of enterprise project and program management methodologies, governance, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the GCC Transformation portfolio tracker and related views for accuracy and actionability.
• Integrates plans from initiative owners and partners, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Drives routine follow-through, escalation, and closure independent of guidance.
• Administers and improves portfolio operating routines, governance, and reporting.
• Coordinates governance cycles, agendas, decisions, and ownership with due dates.
• Produces leadership-ready materials and uses Excel/PowerPoint for structured data.
