Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the strategic build-out of our offshore Global Capability Center (GCC). This high-impact role drives end-to-end project delivery, partnering with global stakeholders to ensure excellence across borders.

You will develop plans for GCC setup and transitions, minimize disruption, and define success metrics. Strong leadership and PMP/Agile credentials are preferred as you navigate cross-border programs and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with global or offshore operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
