• Partner with internal leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into project plans and executable strategies.
• Proactively support execution by maintaining plans, trackers, deliverables, and documentation, aligned to business needs.
• Take ownership across people, process, technology, and readiness workstreams.
• Track and communicate risks, dependencies, issues, and action items.
• Prepare and present materials for program governance and leadership updates.
