Title: Global Campaign Manager - Commercial

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative, integrated commercial campaigns that resonate with key buyers and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Act as the "quarterback" across cross-functional teams—including product marketing, digital, web, PR, email, and database marketing—to ensure seamless and timely campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to implement campaign plans, manage budgets, and integrate with supporting systems and platforms.
  • Localize and optimize global marketing strategies to align with commercial business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to improve engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably managing ROI-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong grasp of demand generation best practices with a proven ability to drive measurable results through owned campaign initiatives.
  • Familiarity with database marketing principles and performance-driven targeting tactics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
