US Sales Manager – Branded Ingredients

Location: United States (Remote with 30–40% Travel)

Level: Mid–Senior

Hartmann Young is partnered with a market-leading branded ingredient company, looking to add a US Sales Manager to their team, to lead their business development across North America. It’s a great opportunity to drive growth in a $700M+ business, with 20,000 customers globally and 4000+ active accounts.

The role

You’ll be the face of the company’s US business, building relationships, opening new accounts, and expanding its footprint across the territory. While much of the customer base is already in place, face-to-face engagement is still limited, and we’re looking for someone who can unlock its full potential.

The company partners with some of the most respected contract manufacturers in the health and wellness space, thriving in a B2B environment and driving the business forward via trade shows such as Vitafoods, sponsorships and influencer marketing.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role perfect for someone who is:

  • Deeply connected in the supplement or natural wellness B2B space;
  • Experienced in working with or selling to contract manufacturers;
  • Comfortable navigating three levels of marketing: content, PR, and tradeshows;
  • Hungry to build something meaningful, with the agility of a start-up and the scale of an industry leader.

The person

You’ll need to be:

  • Based in the US with the ability to travel 30–40%;
  • Mid–Senior level experience in B2B sales, ideally in health, wellness, or ingredients;
  • Track record of closing complex sales, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a love for building and scaling.
