The role focuses on designing and developing training programs for automotive technology, translating complex product features into clear learning content, and integrating multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging technical content.
• Experience with eLearning development tools and platforms, including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Cloud software.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Passion for technology and a desire to translate complex information into clear learning experiences.
• Previous automotive/dealership hands-on experience.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive course road maps based on customer needs and feedback.
• Develop engaging course modules, workbooks, and training materials with multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize knowledge retention across styles and levels.
• Design assessments to measure learner progress and course effectiveness.
• Coordinate with SMEs, instructional designers, and graphic designers; maintain clear documentation.
