Job summary

Zebra Technologies seeks a Global Category Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing for Facilities, MRO and Office Supplies across regional to global scopes. You will oversee RFx processes, supplier reviews, and multi-year category strategies, partnering with executives and business stakeholders to deliver TCO reductions and value creation.

Requires 8+ years in indirect Sourcing, MBA/ CPSM a plus, and strong negotiation, analytics and SRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 8+ years in indirect strategic sourcing.
• Experience in Facilities, MRO or related cross-category areas.
• Proven work experience managing global sourcing projects and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sourcing process for complex projects, including market analysis and contract terms.
• Develop annual category management plans with stakeholders over 1–3 years.
• Drive RFx processes, price and TCO evaluations, and supplier reviews.
• Collaborate with executives to deliver strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
