Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related degree.
• Strong marketing and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and product life cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong presentation skills and customer focus.
• Ability to work across different environments and cultures.
• Highly motivated with negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
• College degree or equivalent educational experience in a technical or business field.
• 2+ years of business analysis experience.
• 2+ years of Power BI and Salesforce experience.
• Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
• Strong Manufacturing / Supply Chain knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Market Research for Valve Switchboxes and Positioners to grow organically or inorganically.
• Define and Automate Project and Quote win/loss analysis and conduct Hit Rate Analysis to support funnel growth.
• Drive pricing efficiency and forecast improvement using data modeling techniques.
• Create Standard Workflow documents for day‑to‑day reporting processes.
• Review market trends and emerging segments to target existing and new product development and growth.
