Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a results-driven salesperson to drive commercial growth across markets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and ensuring timely sales workflows. You’ll support deal execution and deliver a high‑quality customer experience for Singapore and other TMF jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with global sales teams, prepare proposals, and help grow revenue and client retention in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field required.
• Direct sales or pre-sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to coordinate multi‑jurisdictional proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop the business by building a new pipeline with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify and optimize sales opportunities using market knowledge and TMF’s value propositions.
• Oversee account planning for designated clients and nurture strategic relationships.
• Maintain a network of prospects to support a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Coordinate multi‑jurisdictional proposals across service lines and regions.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified pipeline targets and sales objectives.
