Job summary

LMK seeks a Senior Director for TMF Services to lead end-to-end TMF strategy, delivery, and growth across a global client base. The role partners with executives to set plans, grow revenue, and ensure top-tier TMF quality and inspection readiness.

You will drive profitability, oversee TMF platforms, and champion AI-enabled productivity while building cross-functional teams and strong senior client relationships. Travel as required to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 12+ years in clinical operations, TMF, or clinical records management.
• 10+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Deep knowledge of TMF strategy and eTMF platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ICH E6(R2/R3), FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMA TMF guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead, scale teams, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop annual business plans, revenue targets, and service line roadmap.
• Own Profit & Loss accountability for the TMF Services division, driving profitability through efficient delivery and pricing.
• Lead adoption of AI technologies, automation, and digital tools to enhance productivity and outcomes.
• Establish scalable delivery frameworks and quality standards across client engagements.
• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into service improvements.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders at the director and C-suite level.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
