Mazda Toyota Manufacturing USA Inc. is seeking a budgeting and forecasting leader to drive annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles. You will develop standardized processes and templates, coordinate with Japanese partners, and support month-end close and cross-functional reporting.

The ideal candidate brings proven budget experience, ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft), strong communication, and attention to detail, with readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Budgeting or forecasting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or PeopleSoft)
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Create standardized budget templates and processes.
• Coordinate budgeting with Japanese partners (Mazda/Toyota).
• Support month-end close and cross-functional reporting.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
