SC Johnson is seeking a Brand Manager, International Consumer Brands for Pest Control – Innovation, based in Racine. The role leads consumer-centric ideation, strategy, and product development for OFF!

and Autan, partnering with teams across Latin America, AMET, Europe and Asia to drive growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in brand or product development, strong consumer insights skills, and a track record of collaborating across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end global innovation repellents pipeline aligned with brand strategy.
• Identify and develop new innovation territories through consumer-centric ideation.
• Partner with regional teams to shape future innovation pipelines through 2030 and beyond.
• Champion adoption of innovation capabilities and agile ways of working between Racine and markets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovation from concept to shelf.
• Analyze international markets to inform strategic roadmaps and opportunities.
