SC Johnson is seeking a Brand Manager, International Consumer Brands, Pest Control - Innovation, to drive consumer-centric ideation, strategy, and product development for OFF! and Autan.

Based in Racine, you will partner with teams across Latin America, AMET, Europe and Asia to grow repellent brands globally. You will lead end-to-end innovation, collaborate with regional teams on prioritization, pricing, sourcing, and go-to-market plans, and help build capabilities across Racine and Markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ideation, strategy, and development of new products for OFF! and Autan across global markets.
• Own end-to-end innovation pipeline aligned with brand strategy and 2030 growth.
• Collaborate with regional teams for development, sourcing, pricing, and market prioritization.
