Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant brand management experience.

• Global or regional collaboration experience is a plus.
• Remote work flexibility (up to 1 day per week) is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, strategy, and development of new products for OFF! and Autan worldwide.
• Own end-to-end innovation pipeline aligned with the brand’s 2030 strategy.
• Partner with regional teams to shape future innovation and ensure local market needs.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to deliver concepts from idea to shelf.
• Analyze international markets through consumer research and reports to inform roadmaps.
