SC Johnson in Racine is seeking a Brand Manager, International Consumer Brands, Pest Control - Innovation to lead consumer-centric ideation, strategy, and product development for OFF! and Autan. You will work with regional teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia to shape a global innovation pipeline.

You will guide end-to-end development, partner with commercial teams, and build capabilities that drive growth while balancing local market needs and global brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead ideation, strategy, and development of global repellents products for OFF! and Autan.
• Own end-to-end innovation platform including sourcing, pricing, and market prioritization.
• Partner with regional teams to shape future pipelines through 2030 and beyond.
• Champion innovation capabilities and foster collaboration between Racine and Markets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to shelf, informed by market analyses.
