SC Johnson in Racine, WI, is seeking a Brand Manager, International Consumer Brands, Pest Control - Innovation, to lead consumer-centric ideation, strategy, and product development for OFF! and Autan. The role collaborates with teams in Latin America, AMET, Europe and Asia.

You will own the end-to-end innovation pipeline, guide regional portfolios to 2030, and champion cross-functional collaboration, market insights, and agile execution to deliver growth and resilient brands.

Qualifications

Brand management experience in consumer products.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
Global exposure or experience across regions is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end innovation platform for OFF! and Autan, aligning with the brand strategy and growth goals.
Drive regional innovation pipelines and ensure alignment with global brand strategy.
Collaborate with Racine and regional markets to enable successful development and commercialization of new platforms.
Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and consumer-obsessed mindsets across teams.
Conduct market analysis and consumer research to inform strategic roadmaps and opportunities.
Partner with commercial teams to prioritize markets, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
