The role entails shaping strategies, building robust business cases, and managing end-to-end development from concept through launch, with a hybrid work model based in Ewing, NJ.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required for marketing or GNPI experience.
• 7+ years in Marketing and/or GNPI environment.
• Experience in innovation / new product development and/or commercialization.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer- and customer-centric marketing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Leverage research and consumer insights to shape growth platforms and NPD concepts.
• Lead end-to-end development and commercialization of NPD initiatives from concept to launch.
