Church & Dwight is hiring an Associate Brand Manager / Senior Associate Brand Manager-Home Care in Ewing, NJ. You will support and lead key initiatives within a Strategic Business Unit, partnering crossfunctionally to drive growth and deliver results.

You'll work on brands undergoing transformation, manage consumer and trade promotions, and collaborate with licensing and crossfunctional teams to develop bold brand strategies and reliable execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Excellent analytical skills and forecasting experience.
• Familiarity with Nielsen or IRI data.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute brand and marketing activities including promotions, social media, and events.
• Lead launches and packaging upgrades with crossfunctional teams.
• Manage forecasting, supply chain coordination, and financial planning.
• Support licensor relationships and develop brand strategies.
