Job summary

Church & Dwight is hiring an Associate Brand Manager / Senior Associate Brand Manager-Home Care in Ewing, NJ. This hybrid role requires in-person presence on Tuesdays to Thursdays with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

You will support and lead key brand initiatives, manage product launches, and analyze performance using syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI). A BA/BS and 2+ years in marketing are required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 2+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with category analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools (Nielsen/IRI).
• Strong project management and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute key brand and marketing activities (promotions, social media, PR, sampling, event marketing).
• Assist in implementing the brand’s integrated marketing plan.
• Lead operations for new product launches and packaging changes with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product forecasting, supply chain, and monthly business health reporting.
