Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Touchland General Manager and Vice President to lead the brand’s global strategy with full P&L ownership, driving end‑to‑end transformation across brand, innovation and creative functions.

This executive role reports to the EVP and President, International and Specialty Products, supporting a New York brand hub, a Miami office, and international locations, with a hybrid work model in Ewing, NJ or NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 15+ years of marketing or commercial experience.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Strong ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Set global strategic direction for Touchland and lead the five-year roadmap.
• Maintain full profit-and-loss accountability and drive profitability.
• Lead annual planning with pricing, marketing investment and ops alignment.
• Guide brand transformation and accelerate global expansion.
• Balance brand investment with productivity and margin improvement.
• Use data analytics to guide strategic tradeoffs and monitor metrics.
• Support brand-relevant innovation, packaging and content pipelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Growth, International, Finance, and R&D.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the Touchland team across functions.
• Communicate decisions, risks, and opportunities to executives.
