Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is hiring an Associate Brand Manager / Senior Associate Brand Manager-Home Care. You will support and lead initiatives within a Strategic Business Unit, driving annual organic growth and partnering cross-functionally to fuel brand growth and deliver results.

The role is hybrid, based in Ewing, NJ, requiring in-person attendance on Tues–Thu with remote work on Mon and Fri. A strong analytical background and 2+ years in Marketing are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 2+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Excellent analytical skills and forecasting experience.
• Familiarity with Nielsen or IRI data tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute key brand and marketing activities, including promotions, social media, PR, sampling, and events.
• Lead launches, upgrades, and packaging in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Co-lead day-to-day operational activities: forecasting, supply chain coordination, and monthly health reporting.
• Conduct syndicated data analysis and support performance assessments.
• Support briefing processes and manage projects with external agencies during product development.
• Develop category understanding and provide insights on competition and channel dynamics.
