Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Category Lead to shape brand growth, creative strategy, and innovation plans across markets. You will partner with Global and OU leaders to align briefs, test concepts, and drive performance through integrated campaigns and precise marketing initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop market calendars, and optimize brand ROI by leveraging local insights and global brand strategy to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing and leadership experience.
• Experience in insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, and innovation.
• Experience managing complex marketing programs and P&L ownership.
• Led cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand growth, creative and innovation strategy and plans to drive sustainable growth.
• Provide input on high-level category agenda and global brand strategy.
• Develop briefs for local IMX campaigns and innovation projects and approve final bundles.
• Define market-level brand calendar and allocate OU-controlled DME to activities.
• Support development of channels and in-store execution plans.
