Kemin Industries seeks a Worldwide Brand Communications Manager to develop and execute communications that unify and strengthen the Kemin brand worldwide. The role partners with Corporate Marketing, Legal, HR, and regional teams to ensure consistent brand expression and effective messaging.

The manager translates brand strategy into campaigns, governance, and executive communications, measuring impact and guiding improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in brand communications, corporate communications, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in life science, agriculture, food, health, or related industry.
• Experience supporting a global or multinational organization.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage worldwide brand communication plans, priorities, and annual calendars aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Establish messaging frameworks, standards, and governance for consistent brand expression across regions.
• Apply brand strategy, visual identity, and verbal identity standards to programs and assets; serve as a primary guidance resource.
• Provide training on brand hierarchy, naming conventions, and masterbrand standards.
• Manage intake and coordination of naming requests, ensuring timely sign-offs for launches.
