The role supports corporate law, intellectual property and regulatory requirements for Kemin and its business units globally, with duties spanning legal matters, product registrations, and regulatory dossiers for human and animal ingredients.

This onsite position offers the chance to influence global compliance and contract matters while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Qualifikationen

• JD degree with bar admission required.
• Up to 7 years of relevant experience in law or life sciences.
• Ability to conduct research, analyze regulations, and advise business.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory dossiers is highly desired.

Aufgaben

• Provide corporate legal matters support and regulatory filings.
• Prepare product registration notices, filings, and maintenance.
• Create and support global regulatory dossiers for human and animal ingredients.
• Draft and review contracts including IP transactions and NDAs.
• Advise management on legal rights and strategic initiatives.
