Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher required.
• Demonstrated leadership in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with stamping, body assembly and tooling processes.
• Experience with data analysis and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team of Core Manufacturing Engineers in planning/execution of new model programs.
• Drive strategy to meet plant requirements and track issue resolution.
• Deliver body facility, tooling, and quality systems for launch of new models.
• Ensure safety and ergonomic sign-offs and compliance throughout projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.
