Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership across multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with stamping, body assembly, and tooling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core Manufacturing Engineers through planning and execution of new model programs.
• Translate process needs into strategic plans supporting plant requirements and manage issue resolution.
• Deliver tooling, body facilities, and quality systems to launch new products on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize layouts and reduce cycle times.
