Job summary

WeatherTech Direct in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking an International Business Development Specialist to drive global sales growth, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.

You will manage accounts, create proposals, develop global e-commerce strategies, and pursue new markets while aligning efforts with the overall business model. Travel for trade shows and trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management in international markets.
• Proven ability to develop international markets and support global sales initiatives.
• Automotive industry experience preferred (aftermarket, OEM, distribution) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage international accounts to maximize value and grow sales.
• Create proposals and pitch materials for new opportunities.
• Develop and implement global e-commerce strategies aligned with the business model.
• Present to leadership, customers, distributors, and partners.
• Respond to sales inquiries to maximize revenue and deliver excellent service.
• Identify and secure new international sales opportunities and partners.
• Build relationships with international distributors, dealers, and key decision-makers.
• Formulate commercial strategies to generate new revenue streams and expand market share.
• Work with international teams to quote, track orders, and resolve inquiries.
• Provide market feedback and monitor trends and competition.
