Qualifications

• 12+ years of business development experience in biotech/specific therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and deal closing.
• Experience leading sales teams and managing complex partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure CDMO opportunities across early development to clinical scale.
• Develop territory plans and align with global objectives.
