Qualifications

• Ability to influence senior leaders across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own growth engine for Commercial Process Development and scale partnerships globally.
• Win and manage early-phase client programs across a global CDMO network.
• Develop territory and market strategies aligned to global objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams (legal, operations, marketing, demand planning) to execute deals.
• Present strategies to Commercial Leadership Team and manage budget.
