Job summary

ABEC is seeking a System Service Technician to install and modify equipment at customer facilities. This hands-on role combines mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and customer interaction with project execution. You’ll help bring complex systems online while ensuring safety, professionalism, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly experience required.
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and customer sites.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify and troubleshoot ABEC systems at customer sites.
• Coordinate daily activities and project expectations with customers.
• Guide team members through technical, procedural and material challenges.
• Support project scoping, labor estimates and process-improvement efforts.
• Report progress, materials and scheduling needs to project management.
• Complete system walkdowns and customer handover.
