Job summary

Vanderlande seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead global BIM standards, roadmaps and processes. You will build a North American BIM team, tailor Forma environments, and drive BIM adoption across projects and customers, coordinating with Sales, Engineering and Services. fluency in English required.

The role focuses on compliance, interoperability, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Operations Team for Airports North America while collaborating with the Global BIM Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM 3D modelling, coordination and management.
• Proficiency with BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Tekla, Forma) and BIM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, NBIMS-US, PAS, LOD, IFC, BCF, MasterFormat and BIM protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement BIM standards and ways of working globally.
• Implement BIM with required maturity per customer requirements across projects and teams.
• Build and develop the BIM team within the North American organization.
• Tailor Forma environments for projects with templates, workflows, and access controls.
• Lead discussions with customers, consultants and architects on BIM requirements.
• Serve as BIM advisor to sales, engineering, installation, and service teams.
• Provide compliance statements against customer BIM requirements.
• Drive global/national BIM standards and ensure adherence.
• Manage change for BIM processes to reach target maturity and dimensions.
• Ensure interoperability between software and external parties.
• Train BIM Managers, Coordinators, Modelers, and solution staff.
