• 8+ years in large proposal management in HiTech/Cloud.
• Strong project management, multitasking under tight deadlines.
• Excellent drafting and editing, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of bid responses and proposal plans.
• Review RFPs, develop outlines, and assign tasks.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Procurement, Marketing, Finance, PM, Legal, and R&D.
• Ensure on-time submission with high quality and Mitel standards.
• Provide executive visibility and post-submission debriefs.
