The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Intelligence is responsible for leading Veralto's global Business Intelligence strategy, governance, and delivery organization. This highly visible leadership role will drive the evolution of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities while enabling scalable, governed self-service analytics across the company. The successful candidate will lead a global team of BI professionals, establish enterprise standards and governance, modernize reporting platforms, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across commercial, finance, service, marketing, and operational functions. This role is ideal for a leader who combines deep technical Business Intelligence expertise with strong people leadership, stakeholder influence, and a passion for driving business transformation through data.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $185,000 - $205,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
