Job summary

Broad River Retail is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the BI team and translate data into actionable insights across Sales, Inventory, and Logistics. You will own dashboards, governance, and data strategies in collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years in BI or analytics with 2–3 years of people management.
• Retail knowledge with understanding of key KPIs (GMROI, inventory turns) is a plus.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools and SQL.
• Experience with AI tools and data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI analysts, developers, and data engineers; set team priorities and timelines.
• Own roadmap for enterprise dashboards and self-service reporting including AI advancements.
• Standardize metric definitions and governance across BI tools and dashboards.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, Distribution/Logistics, and Finance leadership.
• Translate business questions into analytics projects and present findings to senior leadership.
